Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead scrum rituals and track operational effectiveness
• Triage incoming tickets and organize, scope, and unblock work
• Create and maintain a stakeholder-facing Content Production roadmap

Required Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in program or project management
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales, engineering)
• Experience with documentation and knowledge management
• Familiarity with web analytics, SEO, and content marketing principles (bonus)
• Experience with web content migration projects (bonus)
