Senior Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Provider Enrollment Specialist who will manage provider enrollment issues and ensure compliance with payer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and resolve payer enrollment issues through communication with clients and CMS
• Manage the completion and submission of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payer applications
• Maintain documentation and tracking of provider enrollments and revalidation dates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent experience preferred
• At least three years of provider enrollment experience preferred
• Experience with CAQH database, NPI website, and EDI/EFT/ERA processes preferred
• Knowledge of CMS, State Medicaid, and third-party payer application requirements
• Ability to manage sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
