Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior QuickBooks Expert.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide training and consultation on QuickBooks, Acumatica, or NetSuite while delivering bookkeeping and accounting services
• Manage small teams and lead system implementations or conversions to enhance client satisfaction
• Conduct financial analysis using Excel and maintain meticulous records in client databases

Required Qualifications

• 7-9 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial software
• Advanced knowledge of accounting practices and principles
• Experience with technology tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks Desktop, and QuickBooks Online
• Ability to maintain a billable utilization rate of 90%
• Must reside in one of the specified states for remote work
