Senior RPG Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior RPG Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, analyze, and implement web and windows software applications
• Conduct quality assurance including unit testing and bug reporting
• Contribute technical knowledge within project teams and assist with server/IIS setup and database maintenance

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of programming experience
• Experience with Scott Klement's HTTPLIB API's, RPGIV/ILE/FREE
• Database experience including table/index creation and web services
• Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and event-driven application development
• Proficiency with SQL Server, including writing stored procedures
