Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual sales compensation design process, including metrics selection and plan structure design
- Oversee the administration of sales compensation plans, ensuring accurate and timely payouts
- Deliver analytics and reporting on key performance indicators related to compensation effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, finance, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of people management experience
- Deep expertise in developing and communicating sales compensation plans
- Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Legal, and HR
- Proficiency with compensation platforms and CRM systems
