Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to support the Sales Operations Team and broader Sales Organization through advanced operational analysis and strategic programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure integrity and consistency of data across Salesforce and lead CRM data audits
- Assist in the annual planning process and provide data-driven insights to inform GTM strategy
- Provide funnel and forecast reporting to drive insights and maintain sales performance data
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Minimum of four years of experience in Sales Operations or Financial/Operational Analysis
- Proven expertise in Salesforce CRM and advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools preferred
- Telecom industry experience preferred but not required
- Ability to interpret and present complex data clearly and manage multiple priorities
