Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term strategies for onboarding, training programs, and sales enablement tools
- Identify optimization and automation opportunities across the seller lifecycle and sales processes
- Lead and mentor a team to drive engagement and collaboration across sales operations and cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in leading transformation projects in sales operations or enablement within a technology sales environment
- 2+ years of experience in a people manager role in sales operations or a similar function
- Strong background in operational strategy, business process analysis, and data analysis
- Experience in training and development, including content management governance
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM platform functionality and best practices
