Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance and actionable recommendations to enhance customers' cybersecurity strategies
- Lead security incident handling for customers, ensuring effective response, investigation, and resolution
- Build and maintain relationships across various levels of customer organizations to foster collaboration
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in the cybersecurity domain, including Information Security and incident response
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Defender suite of products
- Experience engaging with diverse stakeholders in complex organizational environments
- Ability to evaluate and communicate customer needs and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
