Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Principal Engineers and project teams to define technical direction and architectural decisions
• Support and mentor team members through technical reviews and pair programming
• Work with various technologies including Node.js, TypeScript, and Go to build scalable and reliable systems

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in backend systems engineering
• Proven experience in designing and building APIs and microservices, preferably with Node.js
• Ability to work across the technology stack as a technology generalist
• Experience in making informed decisions based on customer research and industry standards
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on pragmatic solutions
