Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Solutions Consultant - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts discovery and develops strategies for presenting product offerings, assessing customer environments, and addressing pain points
• Designs and presents product demonstrations for sales and internal training, ensuring alignment with customer business outcomes
• Provides technical expertise and collaborates with clients and internal teams to develop custom solutions and support sales strategies

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience with SaaS applications in client-facing sales environments
• Domain expertise in Human Capital Management solutions, including Payroll, Tax, and Time and Attendance
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in systems change management and user adoption
• Certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or CPP are highly desirable
