Senior Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Accountant to manage the accounting close process and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the month-end close process and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including vendor invoice processing and cash application
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and maintain compliance with accounting standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4-6+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in consumer packaged goods or e-commerce
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Bill.com, and Excel/Google Sheets
• Comfortable with technology and software integrations
