Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Engineer, Technical Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class technical support and advice on the use of products and applications
- Work with staff, partners, and customers throughout the product lifecycle of BPM and BRE applications
- Identify, propose, and implement solutions to complex technical issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, particularly with Java and J2EE
- 4+ years of experience developing scalable applications using Java/J2EE technologies
- 2+ years of experience administering J2EE servers and supporting enterprise-grade server software
- Proficiency in databases such as PostgreSQL and application servers like Apache Tomcat
