Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical support or solutions engineering role
- Proven experience with container technologies and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and OpenShift
- Experience with configuration management and automation tools like Ansible and Terraform
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to work effectively within a geographically distributed, global team
