Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Analyst- HTM.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise and support complex requirements from Service Operations related to HTM applications and databases
- Provide second-level support for HTM applications, including Salesforce Field Service and ServiceNow
- Coordinate incident resolution and communicate effectively with end-users throughout the process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years' experience supporting high-volume help desk activities
- Experience with application platforms such as Salesforce and ServiceNow
- Familiarity with database management and scripting, including SQL and mySQL
- Experience in healthcare or related environments with high urgency incidents
