Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 & 2 technical support for IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems
- Manage user accounts, assist with workstation setup, and maintain IT support records
- Ensure adherence to IT security policies and contribute to documentation and training for users
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an IT Helpdesk or technical support role
- Strong proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Expertise with macOS operating systems and Google Workspace administration
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools
- IT certifications and a Bachelor's degree in a related field are a plus
