Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Support Specialist to provide technical and payroll processing support to the PR Services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a technical resource regarding systems, processes, procedures, and compliance
- Provide frontline support to processors and specialists on complex configuration and service-related questions
- Participate in root cause analysis and develop innovative solutions to enhance service quality
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- CPP and Workday Payroll Certification required within 12 months of employment
- 3+ years of experience in addressing complex customer service issues or account management
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of tax requirements and garnishment regulations (specific to certain roles)
