Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Financial Services Representative to join their team in a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve financial transactions to ensure timely collection of expected payments and escalate issues when necessary
• Complete daily work assignments accurately and on time, adhering to productivity and quality standards
• Identify and implement continuous process improvements and facilitate timely resolution of accounts through effective communication with payers

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a medical billing office setting
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience with insurance follow-up and coordination of benefits
• Familiarity with Epic, Brightree, Billing Bridge, or similar software
• Understanding of revenue cycle processes and insurance reimbursement
