A company is looking for a Senior IT User Experience (UX) Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead CX/UX efforts and collaborate with various organizations to implement strategic initiatives
- Assess and enhance customer experience through comprehensive planning and measurement of success
- Facilitate culture change initiatives and provide training on new capabilities and processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 15+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 13+ years; additional experience may substitute for a degree
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience supervising teams or projects
- Broad expertise in organizational change management, UX, and training
- Experience in executive communications and managing multiple projects
- Active Secret security clearance is required
