Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT User Experience (UX) Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead CX/UX efforts and collaborate with various organizations to implement strategic initiatives
• Assess and enhance customer experience through comprehensive planning and measurement of success
• Facilitate culture change initiatives and provide training on new capabilities and processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 15+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 13+ years; additional experience may substitute for a degree
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience supervising teams or projects
• Broad expertise in organizational change management, UX, and training
• Experience in executive communications and managing multiple projects
• Active Secret security clearance is required
