Key Responsibilities
- Understand and communicate product offerings while identifying growth opportunities within existing client accounts
- Drive customer satisfaction and consult on industry best practices to ensure clients realize product value
- Develop account strategies, conduct regular client reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital product experience in a credit union with a consultative mindset
- Functional understanding of banking regulations including Know Your Customer (KYC) and fraud controls
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and work well in a team environment
- High level of initiative and ability to work autonomously
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving startup-like environment
