Key Responsibilities

• Partner with podcast teams to develop and launch new video shows or expand audio-first titles into video
• Edit and produce longform video episodes for platforms like YouTube, ensuring high production value
• Create platform-native shortform video content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

Required Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in digital video production
• Demonstrated ability to produce both longform and shortform video content
• Strong editing expertise in Adobe Premiere; After Effects experience is a plus
• Experience managing freelancers or vendors with clear creative direction
• Deep understanding of video platform ecosystems, including user engagement and performance drivers
