Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Coordinator to manage administrative functions related to service customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interface with customers and technical staff to handle service functions and resolve inquiries
  • Generate and process invoices for billable service items and manage service ticket resolution
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and monitor product order shipments to ensure timely delivery
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Associate's Degree in Finance and/or Accounting
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative support
  • Proficient in computer use, with knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Self-organized and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong work ethic and teamwork orientation
