Key Responsibilities
- Interface with customers and technical staff to handle service functions and resolve inquiries
- Generate and process invoices for billable service items and manage service ticket resolution
- Coordinate with subcontractors and monitor product order shipments to ensure timely delivery
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Associate's Degree in Finance and/or Accounting
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative support
- Proficient in computer use, with knowledge of Word and Excel
- Self-organized and able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong work ethic and teamwork orientation
