Key Responsibilities
- Completes the intake process of complaints through various communication channels
- Conducts initial assessments for missing information and performs outreach to obtain required data
- Coordinates logistics for complaint samples and processes claims as necessary
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a college or 2-year Associate Degree is preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical, biological, or device-related products
- Computer skills with the ability to navigate software systems
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
