Key Responsibilities

• Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans via incoming phone calls
• Answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
• Service a variety of clients and call types as the business evolves

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Experience with inbound/outbound calling
• Experience with Medicare, Benefits, and Insurance
