Job Summary
A company is looking for a Disability Claims Examiner-LTD/STD/IDI.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manages an assigned caseload of moderately complex claims and makes claims decisions
- Provides timely and accurate claims reviews, documentation, and decisions in accordance with regulations
- Communicates effectively with claimants, customers, and other stakeholders throughout the claim evaluation process
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of IDI or 5+ years of LTD insurance claims experience
- Ability to manage multiple systems and technology sources
- Demonstrated conceptual thinking and risk management skills
- Experience handling complex situations effectively
- Exemplary customer service skills
