Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Service Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve high volumes of customer inquiries via phone regarding spending account products
  • Educate customers on IRS regulations, claims processing, and available products and services
  • Maintain accurate information delivery in compliance with inquiry accuracy standards
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalency required; associate's degree preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • One to two years of customer service and/or call center experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, and Windows operating systems
  • Must have a secure, distraction-free home work environment
