A company is looking for a Member Service Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve high volumes of customer inquiries via phone regarding spending account products
- Educate customers on IRS regulations, claims processing, and available products and services
- Maintain accurate information delivery in compliance with inquiry accuracy standards
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency required; associate's degree preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- One to two years of customer service and/or call center experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, and Windows operating systems
- Must have a secure, distraction-free home work environment
