Key Responsibilities

• Verify patient eligibility and coordinate benefits while managing inbound and outbound calls
• Process non-clinical PBM rejections and assist in the prior authorization process
• Provide support for specialized programs and manage Pharma requirements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in customer service within healthcare, specialty pharmacy, or related fields
• Basic PC skills, including proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office Suite
• Ability to communicate in a diplomatic and confidential manner
• Experience with adherence and complex disease states is preferred
