Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Advocate to assist members, pharmacies, and healthcare providers with their pharmacy benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary source of information for members, pharmacies, and physicians through various communication channels
- Resolve inquiries and issues related to claims processing and eligibility
- Document engagement outcomes and collaborate with other departments to enhance the member experience
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification is encouraged but not required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Willingness to obtain pharmacy technician certification within one year of hire
- Flexibility with scheduling, including rotating Saturdays and evening shifts
