Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Advocate to assist members, pharmacies, and healthcare providers with their pharmacy benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary source of information for members, pharmacies, and physicians through various communication channels
  • Resolve inquiries and issues related to claims processing and eligibility
  • Document engagement outcomes and collaborate with other departments to enhance the member experience
Required Qualifications
  • Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification is encouraged but not required
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Willingness to obtain pharmacy technician certification within one year of hire
  • Flexibility with scheduling, including rotating Saturdays and evening shifts
