Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telecommunicator II who will be part of the Inbound Communications team, focusing on member needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and punctual service while maintaining a private workspace for sensitive information
• Assist in improving processes and mentor new teammates
• Guide callers in assessing their needs and maintain composure in challenging situations

Required Qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience in the health contact center field
• At least 6 months of experience as a Telecommunicator I
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work on weekends and holidays as needed
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment
