A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Document and relay patient information according to Practice guidelines and provide detailed appointment confirmations
- Identify process improvements and assist in training new personnel while adhering to hospital standards and protocols
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED is required
- Comfortable using multiple advanced communication tools, including phone calls, online chats, and emails
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to explain complicated healthcare issues to patients with empathy
- Effective interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of professionals
