Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Support Specialist to provide support for end-user issues in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve user-submitted tickets within the production environment
- Collaborate with the operations team to diagnose and fix or escalate problems
- Provide timely updates on progress to internal teams, clients, and end users
Required Qualifications
- 2 years or more of experience in Help Desk or Customer Service/Call Desk
- Basic knowledge of building queries in SQL Server Management Studio
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively with different teams
- Experience in researching solutions and applying learned knowledge
- Familiarity with Jira Service Desk or similar help desk ticketing system is preferred
