Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Specialist to provide support for end-user issues in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve user-submitted tickets within the production environment
  • Collaborate with the operations team to diagnose and fix or escalate problems
  • Provide timely updates on progress to internal teams, clients, and end users
Required Qualifications
  • 2 years or more of experience in Help Desk or Customer Service/Call Desk
  • Basic knowledge of building queries in SQL Server Management Studio
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively with different teams
  • Experience in researching solutions and applying learned knowledge
  • Familiarity with Jira Service Desk or similar help desk ticketing system is preferred
