A company is looking for a Medical Records Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain the database with new and existing customer and account information
- Reconcile incoming census and manage new admissions in the CRM system
- Handle mail and packages, including updating returned mail and managing faxes and emails
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred
- Salesforce.com or CRM experience preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing demands
