Job Summary
A company is looking for a Techline Operator to support field technicians through chat-based communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Support technicians and third-party contractors with real-time communication
- Document and report on exceptions while navigating internal software systems
- Provide technical and troubleshooting support for various requests
Required Qualifications
- Able to work a 9-hour shift between 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM EST, including weekends as needed
- Familiarity with Field Service Delivery
- High proficiency with web-based software applications, such as Salesforce and Google Suite
- Experience with CCTV systems or optics is a plus
- Willingness to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
