Key Responsibilities
- Answer and triage incoming calls and messages from current and new patients
- Support patient scheduling, including follow-ups for no-shows and cancellations
- Manage voicemail and after-hours messages, along with other assigned duties
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of medical receptionist or customer service experience
