Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, digital programs, or related fields within a B2B SaaS environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience managing digital customer success programs at scale
- Hands-on experience with customer success platforms and CRM systems
- Prior ownership of customer revenue targets related to renewals and expansions
