Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to compliance and legal requirements
- Communicate with customers through various channels and navigate multiple systems
- Resolve inquiries related to insurance matters and escalate unresolved issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Property and Casualty license may be required
- Intermediate computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred
