Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by managing incoming calls from members and healthcare providers
- Assist members in understanding their RBP plans and resolve barriers to care
- Navigate multiple databases for member research and maintain thorough knowledge of systems
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year of customer service experience in a call center environment; previous RBP experience preferred
- Strong personal computer usage and Internet proficiency skills
- Flexible with scheduling as business needs dictate
- Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly
