Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries from consumers regarding healthcare coverage
- Process applications, life event changes, and facilitate requests for materials
- Document inquiries and maintain knowledge of programs and systems while meeting performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required with 6+ months of relevant experience
- Proficiency in English and Russian, both spoken and written
- Strong data entry and telephone skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
