Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire relationship with customers to ensure they derive value from the service
- Develop success plans outlining critical success factors and metrics for customers
- Lead cross-functional projects to meet and exceed customer expectations
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SMB or Mid-Market with a focus on customer retention and expansion
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize requests
- Proven ability to build relationships and understand business needs
- Experience in FinTech is a plus
- Familiarity with enterprise CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
