Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims
- Educate customers on consumer-driven health care and assist them in selecting benefit plans
- Support customers in navigating digital tools and resources related to their health plans
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of customer service or relevant experience
- Experience with Windows PC applications and ability to navigate complex systems
- Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, with flexibility for occasional overtime
