Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims
  • Educate customers on consumer-driven health care and assist them in selecting benefit plans
  • Support customers in navigating digital tools and resources related to their health plans
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 2+ years of customer service or relevant experience
  • Experience with Windows PC applications and ability to navigate complex systems
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, with flexibility for occasional overtime
