Key Responsibilities
- Respond to urgent digital security requests and troubleshoot technical issues
- Manage Help Desk tickets and maintain accurate documentation of incidents
- Share best practices and collaborate with other staff and external partners
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Fluent in Farsi (Persian) and intermediate proficiency in English
- Experience in the nonprofit or human rights fields
- Familiarity with ticketing and customer support systems
- Comfortable working in high-stress, time-sensitive situations
