Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Claim Insurance Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with customers via phone regarding auto insurance claims
• File and document new or updated claims and assist with follow-ups
• Communicate with various stakeholders and track call-related information for auditing

Required Qualifications

• Must possess an active home state Adjuster Insurance License
• Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
• 6 months of customer service experience preferred
• High School Graduate or GED
• Comfort with desktop computer systems and ability to type 25 wpm
