Job Summary

A company is looking for a T2 Service Desk Analyst to provide technical support and manage user accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform account creations and deactivation in Microsoft Entra and manage SharePoint access requests
  • Provide Level 2 end user support for Office 365, Windows 10, Mac OS, and other administrative functions
  • Develop client-specific documentation and review escalated tickets for process improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in a Service Desk, Onsite Support, or call center IT support environment
  • Experience with SharePoint administration and Fresh Service ticketing platform
  • Technical proficiency with Windows, Office, MAC iOS, and networking concepts
  • Previous experience in biotech or pharma is strongly preferred
  • College or technology school degree preferred
