Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to develop and implement treatment plans for injured/disabled individuals
  • Assess recovery progress and modify case goals based on treatment effectiveness
  • Independently manage a caseload, prioritizing cases and completing necessary documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
  • Experience: 2+ years of clinical practice and workers' compensation experience preferred
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
  • Compact RN license required
  • Must have reliable internet access
