Senior Enrollment Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Enrollment Coordinator to guide and support patients through the enrollment process for telemedicine-based treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for individuals interested in reducing opioid use through medication-assisted treatment (MAT)
• Conduct phone intakes, collect health information, and determine eligibility for treatment services
• Coordinate with care teams and maintain patient records within the electronic health record (EHR) system

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor
• Minimum 4 years of administrative experience in a clinical setting
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
• Availability to work assigned holidays and some weekends
