Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Bilingual Spanish) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide sales and support interactions through various communication channels, addressing inquiries and managing orders
• Utilize computerized systems for tracking and troubleshooting customer issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Previous call center experience is preferred but not required
• Experience in foodservice or foodservice distribution is preferred but not required
