Key Responsibilities
- Provide sales and support interactions through various communication channels, addressing inquiries and managing orders
- Utilize computerized systems for tracking and troubleshooting customer issues
- Process orders and perform follow-up communications as needed to meet client requirements
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Previous call center experience is preferred but not required
- Experience in foodservice or foodservice distribution is preferred but not required
