Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Services Representative Medical Assistant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and register patient appointments while providing information on various requests
• Process communication requests through phone, fax, email, and other channels with efficiency and accuracy
• Train and onboard new members to departmental processes and update patients on referral statuses

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in Texas, Arizona, or Nevada
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Two years of experience in a patient-focused healthcare environment or high-volume contact center
• Medical Assistant Diploma or equivalent military training
• Experience with computer systems, including office and web-based applications
