Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate insurance eligibility and prior authorizations for medical services
• Communicate with third-party payers and healthcare professionals to prioritize requests and verify patient registration
• Document work in case management module and collaborate with cross-functional teams regarding necessary actions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in a hospital or clinic setting required
