A company is looking for a Court Support Specialist to assist with court filings and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact courts for individual orders and general status updates, addressing questions and resolving issues
- Utilize in-house applications to process documents and perform data entry tasks with accuracy
- Communicate relevant updates from courts to process servers and customers, collaborating with team members to improve processes
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Legal experience preferred
- 1+ years of customer support or service-oriented experience preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and document manipulation
- Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks with accuracy
