Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for public Wi-Fi, VoIP, and TV services, assisting users with billing and technical inquiries
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues using online diagnostic tools and escalate network problems as needed
  • Document interactions with end-users and provide email support while monitoring voicemail inquiries


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • General knowledge of personal computer networking
  • Ability to work in a 24x7 Call Center environment with flexible shift schedules
  • Willingness to attend daily training sessions for up to four weeks
  • Proficient typing skills (minimum 35 WPM)
