Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for public Wi-Fi, VoIP, and TV services, assisting users with billing and technical inquiries
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues using online diagnostic tools and escalate network problems as needed
- Document interactions with end-users and provide email support while monitoring voicemail inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- General knowledge of personal computer networking
- Ability to work in a 24x7 Call Center environment with flexible shift schedules
- Willingness to attend daily training sessions for up to four weeks
- Proficient typing skills (minimum 35 WPM)
