Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to members
- Cross-sell Credit Union products and services
- Support a sales and service environment aligned with the organization's mission and values
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; some college preferred
- 1-3 years of sales and service experience, preferably in a call center
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) preferred
- Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products and general office equipment
- Must be able to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive keystrokes
